Roll Welding Machine

In a reinforced-concrete pipe line, the cage welder is best viewed as the bridge between raw reinforcement and the forming equipment that follows. A roll welding machine can cover several selectable diameter ranges from Φ300-1200 mm to Φ2000-4000 mm, with typical cage lengths of 2-4 m, and can be configured for flat, tongue-and-groove, steel-socket, and socket-and-spigot products. Its production task is to keep longitudinal bars, spiral reinforcement, cage diameter, and pitch consistent enough for the completed cage to fit the intended mold without time-consuming correction before the next operation.

To make product changes practical, the roll welding machine uses push-bar feeding, full-digital welding control, automatic continuous diameter adjustment, synchronized variable-frequency speed control, and adjustable spiral pitch. On a retrofit, engineers can therefore work backward from the customer's existing molds and downstream machines to determine a suitable cage-welding range. Before packing, each roll welding machine is inspected for material condition, fabricated structure, machining, assembly, electrical performance, and coordinated running. The final inspection rate is 100%, and customers may arrange third-party inspection. OEM/ODM production is available for special cages, non-standard sizes, and line upgrades based on technical drawings.
