Common pipe specifications range from 200mm to 3000mm in diameter, with lengths customized to actual requirements-typically between 1 and 4 meters. Parameters such as wall thickness and compressive strength must also comply with relevant standards to meet the needs of various engineering projects.
Suspended-roller pipe making machines: These must comply with industry standards JC/T 697-1998 (*Suspended-Roller Forming Machine for Reinforced Concrete Pipes*) and JC/T 822-2008 (*Suspended-Roller Concrete Pipe Making Machine*), which specify equipment classification, technical requirements, and testing methods.
Flue pipe forming machines (concrete flue machines): These primarily comply with standard JG/T 194-2006 (*Exhaust Ducts for Residential Kitchens and Bathrooms*); the manufactured flue pipes are required to meet the national Class A fire-resistance standard.
