Routine maintenance includes cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and inspections, repair of worn parts, and professional servicing. The equipment should be washed down before the end of each shift to remove cement slurry from all moving parts. Rotating components require regular lubrication; the electric roller and the trolley travel gear reducer require mechanical oil for lubrication and cooling, while the main shaft bearings require high-temperature lithium-based grease every 500 hours. Regular adjustments are necessary for the pulley spacing to ensure proper power transmission from the main motor and for the feeder conveyor belt tension to ensure smooth material delivery; additionally, the coaxiality of the suspension roller shaft, the flatness of the mold's inner wall, and the tightness of bolts must be checked and adjusted periodically. If wear occurs at the contact points between the ends of the suspension roller shaft and the pipe mold retaining rings, the areas must be built up via welding (using 507 welding rods) and machined to the required dimensions. Equipment maintenance and repairs should be performed by qualified electricians and fitters.
