Suspended Roller Pipe-Making Machine
The suspended roller machine is the most widely used type of concrete pipe-making machinery in China and holds a significant place in the history of the country's reinforced concrete drainage pipe industry. Originally introduced from the Australian company Rocla in the last century, it has undergone numerous improvements and innovations and remains a mainstay in the production and prefabrication of concrete pipes in China today.
The suspended roller pipe-making machine (typically consisting of a suspended roller forming unit and a feeding machine) is equipment designed to manufacture concrete and reinforced concrete drainage pipes (referred to as "drainage pipes") and three-stage prestressed concrete water transmission pipes (referred to as "water transmission pipes") using the suspended roller method. Products manufactured with this system feature high density and an attractive appearance; the process offers high production efficiency, material savings, low noise levels, simple equipment configuration, and a favorable working environment.
Centrifugal Pipe-Making Machine
Using sand, aggregate, and cement as raw materials, the centrifugal concrete pipe-making machine produces reinforced concrete drainage pipes-including flat-end, tongue-and-groove, and spigot-and-socket types-with lengths ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 mm and internal diameters from 200 to 1,200 mm. All mechanical performance indicators fully comply with national standards. These machines are widely used in high-specification water supply and drainage projects, such as deep-well systems, municipal drainage networks, and highway infrastructure, achieving a production rate of 4 to 5 pipe sections per hour.
