1. Maintain cleanliness during the production process; wash down the machine before the end of each shift to prevent cement slurry from adhering to moving parts and interfering with normal operation.
2. Properly adjust the spacing between the upper and lower pulleys to ensure efficient power transmission from the main motor, thereby achieving the required forming speed and ensuring the concrete pipe meets density standards.
3. Regularly lubricate all rotating parts to ensure smooth operation.
4. Adjust the position of the feeder's motorized drum as needed to maintain proper conveyor belt tension and ensure the material feed rate required for pipe forming.
5. Proper operation and regular maintenance are essential to ensure the continued functionality of the suspended roller pipe-making unit.
6. Due to potential uneven foundation settlement, users must frequently adjust the six bolts connecting the suspended roller shaft to the large pulley, as well as the single adjustment bolt on the drive assembly, to maintain coaxial alignment between the suspended roller shaft and the drive shaft.
7. Localized wear will inevitably occur at the contact points between the ends of the suspended roller shaft and the pipe mold retaining rings after a period of use; these worn areas must be built up using 507 welding electrodes and machined to the required dimensions before the shaft can be reused.
8. Before use, the motorized drum and the carriage travel gear reducer must be filled with mechanical oil for lubrication and cooling.
