1. Before starting the machine, first check that all transmission and connection components are in proper working order. Remove the locating pin, pull the movable gantry frame outward, and rotate it 90 degrees so that the suspended roller shaft clears the gantry and support bracket, leaving it in a free state. Once the overhead crane has lifted the pipe mold and positioned it over the suspended roller shaft, close the gantry frame to support the shaft within the mold sleeve and insert the locating pin into the locating hole. Lower the mold so that the inner rims at both ends rest against the suspended roller shaft; then detach the steel cables, move the overhead crane away, and prepare to start the machine.
2. Start the variable-speed motor to spin the suspended roller shaft and the mold. Once running smoothly, activate the conveyor to feed material into the hopper, then use the feeder belt to deliver the material into the mold. The concrete is gradually compacted and formed through the combined action of centrifugal force, roller pressure, and vibration. After forming is complete, retract the feeder belt from the mold and shut down the main motor.
3. Use the overhead crane to lift the mold containing the formed pipe, clearing the suspended roller shaft from the pipe's inner wall. Open the gantry frame and use the crane to slowly move the mold out, disengaging it from the suspended roller shaft. Place the mold onto a curing cart and transport it into the kiln for steam curing. Finally, return the movable gantry frame to its original position to complete the production process for the concrete pipe.
