Also known simply as a suspended roller pipe machine, this industrial equipment is used to produce reinforced concrete pipes and prestressed concrete pipes. It employs a high-speed rotating roller shaft to support and drive the pipe mold; the combined action of centrifugal force and roller pressure compacts the concrete within the mold, forming the pipe structure. The resulting concrete pipes (including culvert pipes) are primarily used in infrastructure projects such as municipal drainage systems, agricultural irrigation, highway culverts, and deep wells. The suspended roller process is widely utilized in domestic concrete pipe manufacturing and stands as one of the industry's mainstream production methods. According to data from the China Concrete and Cement-based Products Association, national production of prestressed concrete pipes exceeded 120 million meters in 2024, with the suspended roller process accounting for nearly 65% of that total.
